Food and Drinks
Under NO circumstances will the wedding couple and/ or guests be allowed to bring their own liquor, soft drinks, coffee, tea, juice, cocktails, champagne, wine or food onto the premises. This excludes guests booked into self-catering units. However, should any guest be caught with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages at the formal wedding function, not purchased from Bona Bona’s bar, a penalty of R2500.00 will be charged and the bar will be closed immediately for the duration of the function. This is a strict venue policy. We therefore humbly request your adherence to this rule to ensure all guests can fully enjoy the day and to prevent any disruption to our special day. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Last Round
The party doesn’t have to end, but the bar does! Last rounds will be called at 23:30, and the bar will officially close at 00:00. So make sure to grab your last drink before the clock strikes midnight.
Closing Time
As much as we’d love to party all night, even the best celebrations need a bedtime! Non-resident guests will be required to vacate the property by 00:00. So, let’s dance, laugh, and make unforgettable memories before the clock strikes midnight—because after that, it’s pumpkin time! 🎃✨
Tech Etiquette
Our wedding ceremony will be unplugged, so we kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the chapel vows. Don’t worry though, once we step out of the chapel and into the celebration, feel free to unleash your inner paparazzi. Snap, flash, and capture every #happykraai and embarrassing dance move. Just remember, during the ceremony, the only thing you should be recording is the image of love in your heart. 📵❤️📸
Don't Choose a side
We love that you’re excited to celebrate with us, but when it comes to picking sides, we have one simple rule: don’t! We don’t need any "Team Bride" or "Team Groom" drama—this isn’t a sports game, it’s a wedding! Just come ready to cheer for love, dance like nobody's watching, and enjoy the festivities.
